1. Service Agreement
GrandCars provides automotive diagnostic, maintenance, and repair services throughout Germany. All services are performed by certified technicians in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
2. Customer Obligations
- Customers must provide valid vehicle documentation and keys
- Payment is due upon service completion unless credit terms are arranged
- Customers assume liability for personal belongings left in vehicles
3. Warranty & Liability
GrandCars warrants services for 90 days from completion. We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, unauthorized modifications, or customer negligence. Our liability is limited to the service cost paid.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance for free cancellation. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% fee. No-shows forfeit 100% of the appointment fee.
5. Data Protection
GrandCars collects personal data solely for service delivery and communication. We comply with GDPR regulations. Your data is never shared with third parties without consent. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes are subject to German law and jurisdiction in the applicable local court.
7. Modifications
GrandCars reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon publication. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.
